Property title

Trio will be comprised of three strata schemes (one each for Trio North, Trio Central and Trio South). Trio’s apartments will be strata titled lots with car parking and storage spaces (if applicable) commonly included as part-lots. Property owners within each strata scheme comprise the Owners Corporation, electing various members to an Executive Committee and holding regular meetings.

 

Trio is one of the final development stages of City Quarter, and enjoys the benefits of being part of this larger community. All strata schemes at City Quarter are within the City Quarter community scheme, managed by the City Quarter Community Association. Trio’s property owners will share in the use of City Quarter’s community facilities, including the City Quarter Leisure Centre, the future Trio Leisure Centre, the Village Green and other landscaped areas.

 

Strata levies pay for the maintenance of common property and community facilities. Strata fees are based on the unit entitlement determined prior to settlement.
