Trio is one of the final stages of City Quarter and enjoys the perks of being part of this wider, established community. City Quarter's private community facilities include the City Quarter Leisure Centre with indoor heated pool and gymnasium, the 50metre outdoor heated swimming pool and gym adjoining Trio, the central Village Green and other landscaped areas. A cafe, restaurant and City Quarter Agency all look onto the Village Green.

29 August 2009 - a new pool opens

From Saturday 29 August, the new pool and gym adjoining Trio will be open for residents of Trio North and Trio Central to enjoy. All residents of City Quarter will gain access to this pool and gym after  Trio South is completed and the license to manage the pool is taken by the City Quarter Community Association - currently scheduled for 1 January.
